Returns + Warranty

Return Policy

All items come with a 30-day return policy.  If you would like to return your item(s), please contact us help@baliandpari.com and provide your order number.  For all item returns, you will be responsible to return shipment yourself and each return is subject to a potential 30% restocking fee if the items are returned to us in poor condition.

Warranty

With purchase of any bali & pari product, you will receive basic protection against manufacturer defects and shipping damage.  Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at help@baliandpari.com. You will need to notify us of any problems with your order within 3 days from your delivery date, as shown on your tracking information.

Any products needing to be returned to our warehouse for any reason (damage, defect, order cancellation), are required to be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from your delivery date. Bali & Pari nor our product manufacturers provide a resolution to any claims made past the 30-day periods described herein.

bali & pari does not offer any furniture or rattan protection plans as add-ons to a purchase for an additional fee. Problems occurring over time are considered to be wear from your own use, which is something Bali & Pari cannot be held liable for.  After 30 days since delivery of your order to you or your delivery address, Bali & Pari will not cover or otherwise provide compensation for any damages or defects to your product. 

After 3 days since delivery, all products exist as-is and any warranty of merchantability is forfeit. If you experience problems after 3 days from delivery as shown by your tracking information, parts, if available, may be purchased for a fee.  For any other issues, please consult a furniture repair firm local to your area.

Damaged / Defective

bali & pari will cover all fees associated with your damaged or defective item as long as we are notified of the issue within 3 days of your delivery date AND as long as your item is returned to our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date (if, in fact, we are requesting your product or a portion of it to be returned).

1)   Freight shipment damage:

a. When you receive your shipment, please inspect the condition of the packaging.  If you notice any damages, please write down specifics on the sort of damage you see on the boxes when you are signing for the shipment.  If the damage is severe, please refuse the shipment (or refuse only the damaged pieces, if a multiple piece shipment) and contact bali & pari help@baliandpari.com within 3 days of your delivery date for a replacement. Bali & Pari will not be aware of any notations you made on your proof of delivery form(s) unless you contact us directly.  If you happen to notate shipping damage on your forms when accepting delivery but do not let us at bali & pari know of that fact, we will be unable to assist you if it has been more than 30 days since your delivery.  We very strictly do not take returns of any type past 30 days. It is your responsibility to make sure we are aware of any problems with your shipment or product.

b. If nothing is amiss upon signing for the packages and receiving the shipment but you notice damage or defects on your item after it has been unpackaged, please take photos of any damage, areas where parts are missing, etc. and email the photos with your order number and a brief description of the issues to help@baliandpari.com.  We will open a case for you and reply back through email with troubleshooting advice and/or options for a resolution.  Please ensure you contact us within 3 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a resolution to your claim.

2) Small package shipment damage (FedEx):

a. Please take photos of any damage (including the box, if applicable) and of areas where parts are missing, etc.  You may email the photos with your order number and a brief description of the issues to help@baliandpari.com. We will open a case for you and reply back through email with troubleshooting advice and/or options for a resolution.  Please ensure you contact us within 3 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a resolution to your claim.

Any items needing to be returned to our warehouse due to damages or defects rather than allowing us to replace your products or otherwise provide compensation for the issue must be received by our warehouse no later than 30 days after your delivery date.  Please do not send your product(s) back without first informing us of your intentions to do so. We cannot open a file for your return and issue a replacement if we do not know to expect the return.

Please keep the original packaging for items being claimed or returned.  Bali & Pari is not able to provide additional packaging materials for return shipments, neither in the form of physical packing materials nor in the form of an allowance for purchase of additional packing.

All replacements and refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and an inspection is completed.

How do I qualify?

Please send us an email at tradeprogram@baliandpari.com you will be asked to supply a link to your website, as well as supporting documents to validate your business. We will reach out once approved (typically within 48 business hours).

Shipping

Where do you currently ship to?

We ship free to the contiguous 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) via FedEx Home Delivery or common LTL carriers (when required for oversized products). All oversized common LTL carrier deliveries are appointment based and you will be contacted prior to delivery for scheduling. When will my item ship? How long does delivery take?

In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days, which is followed by transit with the carrier of approximately 2-10 business days.

Do you offer bulk order pricing?

We do not offer bulk pricing. However, if you are looking to purchase a large quantity of a single item, you may qualify for our DDP direct container program. Please contact help@baliandpari.com for more information.

Item Availability

Inventory availability is listed on each product page on our website with quantity of available product.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, please reach out to help@baliandpari.com with the item SKU, your order number (if any), or a link to our product page.

The item I need no longer on your website, is it still available?

We remove discontinued items from our website after they've sold out. To confirm whether this is the case, please email the item information to help@baliandpari.com and we will be more than happy to assist you!

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer any item exchange, we recommend returning it and placing a new order.

Order Status + Cancellations

Where can I find the status of my order?

Please email help@baliandpari.com with your order number for an accurate status update.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email help@baliandpari.com within 30 minutes of placing your order with your order number and a cancellation request. If your order has not yet flowed through to our warehouse, we are usually able to cancel and issue a full refund. However, if your order has flowed through to our warehouse or has been picked by our warehouse staff and loaded into a trailer for shipping, we may not be able to cancel. All cancellation requests are best-effort: we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order until we've checked its processing status and have provided a response to your inquiry. If an order has shipped and you would still like to cancel, you are responsible for all shipping fees and a 15% return handling/restocking charge. Cancelation can only be made during business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm CST. We cannot cancel orders for you on Saturday or Sunday.

For backordered, if an item is on backorder and the estimated of arrival (ETA) originally given is pushed back, bali & pari does not provide a refund unless you request to cancel the backorder. bali & pari has no control when backordered items come in or the date. All ETAs are subject to change.

Why has sales tax been applied to my order?

bali & pari has a physical nexus in Illinois and in California. Sales tax will apply for orders shipped to these states. Please note: Sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change. Be sure to enter your shipping address at checkout to see the sales tax amount.

Are you able to hold, delay or change quantities on my orders?

No, orders will ship and process once placed. We will be unable to make changes or delay orders.

What if an item I want is out of stock during the sale?

Sale items are while supplies last. Once the item is back in stock the sale discount will not apply.

Assembly

Where can I find the assembly instructions?

Majority of our products are fully assembled. To request for an assembly instruction, please email to help@baliandpari.com

Some parts are missing to assemble my product?

We are so sorry that components are missing for your product. Please reach out to help@baliandpari.com and we can get you the parts you need ASAP!
